Privacy

A plain-English summary of what we keep, why, and what you control.

What we collect

• Account details: your email address and the name you choose to show.
• Anything you add to your profile: a photo, a short intro, a general area, and your dogs' names, photos, breeds and birthdays. Only your dog's name is required.
• Your challenge and activity trackers (ticks, ratings, notes and favourites), so you can pick up where you left off on any device.
• Posts, photos, videos, comments and reactions you share in The Pack Feed, and any reports or blocks you make.

What you control

• Your trackers and notes are private. Only you can see them.
• You choose whether your completed challenges appear on your profile (off unless you switch it on).
• You can make your profile, or any of your dogs, private.
• Location is optional and only ever a general area. Never share your address.
• You can delete your posts and comments at any time, and ask us to delete your account and data.

Who else handles your data

• Our website is hosted by Vercel, and accounts, posts and photos are stored securely with Supabase (data held in London).
• We never sell your data or use it for advertising.
• When card payments are added, they'll be handled by Stripe. We will never see or store your card details.
