New Paws
0–12 weeks
For very young puppies. Appropriate early experiences, gentle exploration, plenty of rest and confidence-building.
Explore 2Pawddlers
12 weeks–18 months
For puppies and adolescent dogs as they develop, explore their surroundings and learn about the world.
Explore 3Pawary School
18 months–5 years
For young adult dogs. Continued learning, mental stimulation, scent games, problem-solving and an engaging routine.
Explore 4Adulting Paws
5–10 years
For mature adult dogs. Keeping minds busy, supporting physical wellbeing, adding variety and adapting to individual needs.
Explore 5Senior Pawizens
10 years and over
For senior dogs. Gentle scent games, food-based activities and calm interactions that respect comfort, mobility and senses.
ExploreAges are a guide, not strict rules. Dogs mature at different rates, especially across breeds and sizes.

Add each of your dogs. We work out their Paw Stage from their birthday and keep it up to date as they grow.
Do today's challenge
One short activity a day, with a version written for your dog's stage. Tick it off, add notes, rate how much they loved it.
Earn badges & graduate
Your progress saves to your account on every device. Finish all 30 days for a Paw Graduation certificate.
Share with your pack
Post photos in The Pack Feed, swap ideas and cheer each other on. Your tracker stays private: sharing is always your choice.

Beat the Boredom
One little Paw Mission every day. The aim is mental stimulation and enrichment — not exhausting your dog. Adapt activities to the individual dog's age, ability, preferences and environment.
